Development Approval

Development approval is required to ensure that activities occurring on airport land are consistent with the Master Plan, deliver high quality outcomes aligned with Adelaide Airport’s vision and ensure that the potential impacts of a proposal have been considered. Approval is required for both new development and in some cases, modifications to existing development across Adelaide Airport’s precincts. A summary of the approval process is outlined in the Development Matrix.
