Adelaide Airport continues to engage with local communities surrounding the airport through a range of committees and forums.

Principally, the Adelaide Airport Consultative Committee (AACC), which includes local community representatives and key Government and regulatory stakeholders, is a forum where any issue relating to the operations of the airport and potential effects on the local community can be raised. This includes issues such as aircraft noise, car parking, traffic access, landscaping, bike path access and commercial developments.

The outcome of these community discussions help inform us in our discussions at a regulatory level with Government, as well as with key stakeholders such as airlines and Airservices Australia. These stakeholders have in turn accepted the opportunity to present to the AACC, including on issues relating to the curfew and Required Navigation Procedures.
