How do I collect my Access Card?

Collecting your access card instructions

You will receive an email from Adelaide Airport to come and collect your card from the Carpark Management Office once your Access Card is ready.

  • Please bring identification (CIC, ASIC) when collecting your Access card
  • Access cards can be collected between 4:15 and 23:00 daily. Please knock on the glass door at the Carpark Management Office for assistance
  • Your Access Card will be automatically activated on your first use
