How to Instant Top-up

  1. Login to Adelaide Airport Ground Transport Driver Hub using your username and password

  2. Select ‘Top-up’

  3. Enter your credit card details and the top-up amount (Note: the top-up limit is $200)

  4. Select ‘Pay’

How can I update my details?

  1. Log in to Adelaide Airport Ground Transport Driver Hub using your username and password

  2. Select Modify Account.

  3. Update your personal details as required

  4. Proceed to step 4 to review your updated details. Once confirmed, select Done

How can I check my balance?

  1. Log in to Adelaide Airport Ground Transport Driver Hub using your username and password

  2. Select Top Up or Statements. Your balance will be displayed at the top right corner of the page.

How to Modify Your Personal Details?

  1. Log in to the Adelaide Airport Ground Transport Driver Hub using your username and password.

  2. Select Modify Account.

  3. Update your personal details as needed.

  4. Proceed to step 4 to review your updated details. Once confirmed, select Done.

How to Change Your Top-Up Amount and Credit Card Details?

  1. Log in to Adelaide Airport Ground Transport Driver Hub using your username and password

  2. Select Modify Details.

  3. Navigate to Payment Details.

  4. Update your top-up amount and select Next.

  5. Update your credit card details as required.

What to Do If You’ve Forgotten Your Password:

  1. Visit the Adelaide Airport Ground Transport Driver Hub.

  2. Click on Forgot Password?

  3. Enter your email address. A temporary password will be sent to your email.

  4. Click the link in the email to set a new password.

How to Check a Transaction on Your Account:

  1. Log in to the Adelaide Airport Ground Transport Driver Hub.

  2. Select Statement.

  3. Adjust the date range to include the transaction you wish to view.
