What You Need Before You Start

  • A photo of your Industry Class Driver Accreditation licence 
  • $25.00 Application Fee (non-refundable) 
  • $20.00 Initial Account Top-Up 
  • $25.00 To purchase your physical Access Card (non-refundable)

Application 

Step 1: Submit your Application 

1.       Read the terms and conditions

2.       Start your application

o   Go to the Adelaide Airport Ground Transport Driver Hub  and click Sign Up

3.       Enter Your Personal Details

    •    Fill in your details
    •    Upload a photo of your Industry Class Driver Accreditation licence
    •    Tick to Confirm that you have read the terms and conditions

4.      Click Next Step → Go to Access Token Details. You will add this once your application has been approved. Your Access Token is the 10-digit number on the back of your Access Card, that is purchased from the Layoff area.

5.       Click Next Step → Go to Payment Details (page 1)

6.       Set Auto Top-Up

o   Auto Top-Up (Only tick if you wish money to be automatically added to your account when your balance is below the Minimum Account Balance.)

o   Enter Minimum Account Balance. This is automatically set to $10.00; you can increase the amount.

o   Enter Auto Top-Up Amount. This is automatically set to $20.00.

     This is the amount automatically deducted from your registered credit or debit card once your account falls below the Minimum Account Balance

7.       Notification Options

o   SMS alert when balance is low ($0.18 per SMS)

o   SMS alert for failed top-ups ($0.18 per SMS)

8.       Click Next Step → Go to Payment Details (page 2)

9.       Enter your credit or debit card details

10.  Click Next Step → Go to Complete Registration

11.  Check all details are correct. To make changes click Previous Step to update details.

12.  Click Complete Registration

Step 2: Set up your Secure Password

·        Check your inbox for the “Account Registration email

·        Go to https://portal.adldrivers.com.au

·        Log in with your email address and temporary password

·        Create a new password

Step 3: Receive Approval and Payment Processed  

·        Check your inbox for your “Account Activatedemail

·        Once your application has been approved the following payments are deducted from your registered credit or debit card:

o   $25.00 – Application Fee (non-refundable)

o   $20.00 – Initial Account Top-Up (added to your total account balance)

This is automatically set to $20.00.

 

Access Card

Step 4: Purchase your Access Card 

·        Go to the Layoff Area

·        Use the Vending Machine with the Adelaide Airport logo

·        Purchase your Access Card: Cost $25.00 (non-refundable)

Step 5: Link Your Access Card to your Account

1.       Log in to your account Adelaide Airport Ground Transport Driver Hub.

2.       Go to Modify Account → Scroll down

3.       Click Next Step → Access Card Token Details page

o   Important: You can only do this after you receive your Account Activated email

4.       Enter Description (number on front of card, e.g., AC*****)

5.       Enter Access Token Number (10-digit number, on the back of the card)

6.       Click Add, then Next Step → continue to Complete Modify Details

7.  Review details are correct → Click Update → Click Done

Note: allow a minimum of 30 minutes for details to update in the system.
