Applications & Card Activation
To apply for a new access card please complete all of the steps below:
Step 1: Apply for an Access Card
- Click here to Sign up for an Access Card and select “Sign up”. For a replacement access card please click here – DO NOT submit a new application form
- Read the terms and conditions
- Enter your details and upload a photo of your official South Australian Driver Accreditation (licence). Note: Photos of drivers are not accepted
- Click “Next” to provide your debit/credit card details and pay the $25.00 non-refundable application fee.
Please note all of these steps must be completed to successfully submit your application.
Step 2: Verifying Your Details
- You will receive an email with your username and a temporary password.
- Adelaide Airport will review your application.
- If all information is correct, you will receive an account activation email.
- If additional information is needed, a Customer Service Representative will contact you.
- Submit the requested information, and your application will be reviewed again.
Step 3: Collecting and Activating Your Access Card
- Visit the vending machine located in the Layoff Area to purchase a new access card for $25.00.
- Go to your Adelaide Airport Ground Transport Driver Hub account and log in.
- Navigate to Modify Account and scroll down.
- Click Next Step to access the Access Token Details page. (Note: you are unable to enter the Access Token without receiving the ‘Account Activated’ email. To complete this step, please review and complete step 1 & 2).
- Enter a description – This should be the number on the front of your card (e.g., AC*****).
- Enter your Access Token Number – This is the 10-digit number located at the bottom right corner on the back of the physical access card.
- Click Add, then continue through the steps by selecting Next Step.
- On the Complete Modify Details page, review your account summary and click Update.
Note: Please allow up to 30 minutes for your new card to activate before using it to access the facilities.
