Replacement Access Card
I have lost/damaged my Access Card

- If your Access Card has been lost or stolen, please notify AAL here.
If you would like to arrange for a replacement Access card please complete the following steps (replacement cards will incur a fee of $25.00 charged to your Access Card account- this is non-refundable):

- Top up your Access Card balance on the Adelaide Airport Grounds Transport Driver Hub to at least $25.00
- Failure to have a sufficient balance will lead to delays in processing your request
- Ensure that your address on the Adelaide Airport Grounds Transport Drivers Hub is up to date with your current home address
- Failure to do so may result in your card being lost and further charges incurred
- Contact AAL to request a replacement card
- AAL will process your request and deduct $25.00 from your Access Card balance on the Grounds Transport Drivers Hub
- Your Replacement Access Card will be ready to use immediately provided you have sufficient balance on your account
- Please note that replacement Access Cards may take up to 10 business days to process
- Top up your Access Card balance on the Adelaide Airport Grounds Transport Driver Hub to at least $25.00
