How to Instant Top-up
- Login to Adelaide Airport Ground Transport Driver Hub using your username and password
- Select ‘Top-up’
- Enter your credit card details and the top-up amount (Note: the top-up limit is $200)
- Select ‘Pay’
How can I update my details?
- Log in to Adelaide Airport Ground Transport Driver Hub using your username and password
- Select Modify Account.
- Update your personal details as required
- Proceed to step 4 to review your updated details. Once confirmed, select Done.
How can I check my balance?
- Log in to Adelaide Airport Ground Transport Driver Hub using your username and password
- Select Top Up or Statements. Your balance will be displayed at the top right corner of the page.
How to Modify Your Personal Details?
- Log in to the Adelaide Airport Ground Transport Driver Hub using your username and password.
- Select Modify Account.
- Update your personal details as needed.
- Proceed to step 4 to review your updated details. Once confirmed, select Done.
How to Change Your Top-Up Amount and Credit Card Details?
- Log in to Adelaide Airport Ground Transport Driver Hub using your username and password
- Select Modify Details.
- Navigate to Payment Details.
- Update your top-up amount and select Next.
- Update your credit card details as required.
What to Do If You’ve Forgotten Your Password:
- Visit the Adelaide Airport Ground Transport Driver Hub.
- Click on Forgot Password?
- Enter your email address. A temporary password will be sent to your email.
- Click the link in the email to set a new password.
How to Check a Transaction on Your Account:
- Log in to the Adelaide Airport Ground Transport Driver Hub.
- Select Statement.
- Adjust the date range to include the transaction you wish to view.
