How do I activate my Access Card?

Once your Access Card has been approved for collection, an email will be sent to you.

The email will contain:

  • Your Client ID
  • A temporary password


The email will come from “[email protected]”.

If you have not received an email please check your ‘junk’ email folder.

To activate your card:

    • Click the link to ParkCharge in the email and log-in using your Client ID and temporary password.
    • Find ‘Complete Registration’ on the menu (left side of screen) and click on ‘GO’
      1. Enter your Personal Details
      2. Enter the temporary password provided in the ‘Old Password’
      3. Create a new password
        • Your new password must contain:
        • At least 8 characters
        • At least 1 capital letter
        • At least 1 number
      4. Click ‘Next’
      5. Proceed through the registration steps and nominate a payment debit/credit card to complete your registration
