Activate My Access Card
How do I activate my Access Card?
Once your Access Card has been approved for collection, an email will be sent to you.
The email will contain:
- Your Client ID
- A temporary password
The email will come from “[email protected]”.
If you have not received an email please check your ‘junk’ email folder.
To activate your card:

- Click the link to ParkCharge in the email and log-in using your Client ID and temporary password.
- Find ‘Complete Registration’ on the menu (left side of screen) and click on ‘GO’
- Enter your Personal Details
- Enter the temporary password provided in the ‘Old Password’
- Create a new password
- Your new password must contain:
- At least 8 characters
- At least 1 capital letter
- At least 1 number
- Click ‘Next’
- Proceed through the registration steps and nominate a payment debit/credit card to complete your registration
